An idea or opinion that occurs suddenly in the mind; cannot be controlled

Healthiest form of communication in which we respectfully set boundaries and clearly state how we feel.

Become aware of when you're judging; change judgy statements to neutral statements are ways to become this.
What is Nonjudgmental?
Accepting reality does not mean that you do this.
What is: Stop trying to change a situation, give up and become passive.
