CM will receive an automatic suspension of one day with no pay. This is in accordance with City Year policy. This something that must happen regardless of circumstance.

Stormie reserves the right to deny any request that is not submitted two weeks prior. **Extenuating circumstances will be considered** -Meaning, if it is an emergency call Stormie immediately and leave a message if she doesn't answer! Then follow up with your TL so they are looped in.

What will happen if you do not submit your time sheet on time? Who is responsible for this happening?
You might not get paid for those two weeks and it is the CM's responsibility to submit a time sheet on time and to re-submit a sheet if it was sent back by a manager because it was improperly completed.
