When is an antigen test onsite required?
For positive cases after their 5 day isolation period
If an employee is not vaccinated and has been a close contact and is not symptomatic- what steps do we take?
Isolate for 5 days, COLOR test or PCR test on day of return
For all positive cases
What symptoms have to be resolved for 24 hours?
Fever/Chills, cough, difficulty breathing, congestion, shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea
If an individual lives with a positive case and is NOT symptomatic, and is boosted and recently vaccinated what do we do?
Must isolate a minimum of 5 days or until cohabitant is symptom free and color test on day of return
If the onsite antigen is positive-how much longer does employee isolate?
5 Days
If an employee is a close contact and is symptomatic and not vaccinated what are our next steps?
Proceed to COVID symptom guidance, require testing
What needs to be emailed to site TM after completion?
Receipt of GSC Intake Form
What symptoms could potentially still linger?
Headaches, Fatigue, New Loss of taste/smell, body aches, sore throat, runny nose
If the onsite antigen is negative what are next steps?
Employee may RTW if symptom free
If an employee is boosted/recently vaccinated and is not symptomatic what next steps do we take?
Isolation is not required, Recommend test through PCR or antigen
Does the state of CA recognize the previous COVID positive cases when making RTW decisions?
