I am a customer experience consultant. My feedback is someone should be able to help me with my request whether making a phone call or reaching out to customer service. You are all one company, not broken apart silos that do their work in isolation. It just takes some effort and thinking and providing a one company response. Please make an effort on my behalf. Second, to not know the correct reason for why your policy is what it is regarding premium accounts is not good at all and furthermore, if you don't service premium subscriptions, and I am a premium customer, why are you interacting with me if someone else is better positioned for me?
To not have the ability to interact with Customer Service or other areas to address customer issues/concerns is a big missing. You are my point of contact and as far as I am concerned, you are my Customer Service contact because Customer Service is not a department, it's a way of being...all employees and departments acting as one. Yes, of course...file my feedback. I'm surprised at the lack of Customer Centricity and process around the Customer's experience. Seems LinkedIn is very silo driven instead of one-company for the Customer driven.
