People don't have ID? Call CP. Accurately record the type and amounts of alcohol in the room. Ask if you can look in the fridge. If they refuse, that's fine but make a note of it. Tell us some things about how your master & retainer keys should or should NOT be used!
Your master/retainer keys should never be given to some else to use. They should never be used to play jokes on people. They should never be carried with your regular keys. Do not unlock a door to give a resident's item to someone else. (If a parent needs to get in for a sick child, RL will tell you ahead of time.) If a non-resident has left their wallet in a room (or something else with their name), you may enter the room and get only that item. Leave a note for the resident so they know what happened. Check the photo ID on the wallet before giving it to the person! If there are any doubts, they must wait until the resident gets home.
