How can a member request employment verification 


CDWA only completes verifications in writing. The organization requesting the verification of employment will email their request to InfoCDWA@ConsumerDirectCare.com.

Verifications include dates of employment, rate of pay, hours worked and salary information.

If an caregiver is terminated by their client, can we provide union representation? Why or why not? 

We cannot provide union representation because the client has hire/fire rights. They do not need just cause to terminate a caregiver. We could only represent them if it was either CDWA or agency attempting to terminate them.
