1. Stay Lightly Active
Do gentle movement every hour. Walk around the house, stretch, tidy up an area of the home. This can help keep your circulation going and helps prevent drowsiness.

2. Bring Snacks
Bring healthy snacks like fruit, nuts, or protein bars. Avoid heavy meals or too much sugar since they could make you crash!

3.Stay Mentally Alert
Keep your brain engaged. Listen to music, read, write in a journal (as long as you're staying alert to the client’s needs).

Feel around the seams of the humidifier, if you feel any air, it is not threaded on correctly. Feel if air is coming out of canula as well.
