Do they know what caused the alarm? They must have some idea what set the alarm off. If they don’t, we want to not only offer service but advise to keep the fire department en route to confirm everything is ok.

Carbon Monoxide- colorless, odorless gas that cannot be detected without proper equipment. Exposure to this gas can cause headache, nausea and dizziness.
Carbon Dioxide- is a pungent smell and a sour taste. Safe in small amounts but in large quantiles it can be harmful
If a LVM system is integrated with a DMP system and the DMP system is disarmed but we are still getting alarm coming in from the LVM system. What should we do?
Call the Prem/ En list to advise of issue, offer to take the system offline or remote disarm, and set service for the issue.
