- A CPU Candidate known for being kind, calm and hardworking (the exact opposites of her older sister Neptune lmao)
- She is obsessed with tech and the latest fads in it.
-She can transform into the HDD "Purple Sister".
-She is a nice person, often times being kind to everyone and never really showing a mean side. (Sometimes she wants to scold her older sister Neptune to work, but can never really bring herself to...)
Sega Game Gear, released for retail in 1991. Segas idea to complete with the fad that was the gameboy and other portable gaming handhelds like Tiger Handheld Games.
IF
- A friend of Neptune and one of the main party members of the first game along with Neptune and Compa. (Hyperdimension Neptunia/ Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1)
-She is often referred to as "Iffy" by her friends, despite not liking such a cute nickname.
-She has appeared in pretty much every game in the series. (hmmmmmmmmmm...)

Nintendo Wii, a seventh-gen console that was released for retail in 2006. Often seen as less powerful than the other competitors at the time, the Wii was still home to several massive hits including Super Smash Brothers Brawl and Super Mario Galaxy, focusing on Nintendo's core philosophy that fun should come before hardware.

- A CPU Candidate known for being a perfectionist. She tries very hard to compete with her older sister's work ethic.
- She is into cosplay like her older sister.
-She can transform into the HDD "Black Sister".
-She portrays an archetype of the "tsundere" (like her older sister Noire), often being cold and rude while hiding her friendly nature.
Playstion Portable (PSP), released for retail in 2004. This handheld tried to be the best (and was imho for a while). Having superior graphics and library compared to any handhelds at the time (even a movie library with their movie UMDs). Once again, Sony tried to do it all. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the PSVITA... (at least in terms of popularity and library, I still love that thing to death)

- The leader of Gold Third from Megadimension Neptunia VII.
-She is a strong fighter using hand-to-hand combat.

Sony Playstation 3. Sony's second console released for retail in 2006. A console known for packing in tons of features to try and get a leg up on competitors (Blu-ray, backwards compatibility, free online). Her phrase of "only does everything" is a slogan from the release campaign for the original Playstation (a philosophy Sony has tried to hold onto).
Ram & Rom
- These CPU Candidates are the younger sisters of Blanc, Ram is an extrovert while Rom is shy.
- Ram loves to play while Rom likes to sleep.
-They can transform into the HDDs "White Sisters".
-They are polar opposites, Ram is "Genki" while Rom is "Kuudere" like her older sister.
Nintendo DS, released for retail in 2004. This handheld gaming device used touch-screen technology and tried to appeal to a larger demographic than other game systems at the time. Commercials would show people out on the town, playing with Pictochat or quietly at home, playing stuff like Nintendogs.

-She portrays an archetype of the "Chuunibyou", being edgy, while not really being all that powerful...

SEGA Neptune, an unreleased console that would have combined the Sega Genesis and 32X for retail in 1995. When the prototype was finished, the SEGA Saturn had already been finished, so the console was shelved.

- A CPU known for being cute and sleepy most of the time. But her personality flips when she becomes her HDD, Iris Heart.
- She makes dolls of all of her friends!

Konami Digital Entertainment
K-Sha has several references to Konami's Metal Gear franchise. Most notably that she occasionally hides in cardboard boxes like several Metal Gear characters, the mechanism on her back in her Gold Form resembles parts of Metal Gear REX, and that she is wearing an eye-patch in her Gold Form, like Big Boss, but on the opposite eye. Her murderous persona may be a reference to Raiden's murderous persona, known as "Jack the Ripper", from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
CFW Judge
- One of the members of the group "Criminals of the Free World" and an antagonist of the 2nd game (Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 sister's generation).
- He has a violent and easily bored nature which shows neither mercy nor leniency.

Perfect Chaos from Sonic Adventure. While his name "Time Eater" is shared with the final boss of Sonic Generations. Both games produced under SEGA
