This is the process to complete a new key pick-up. Provide all major steps.
(1) confirm a resident picking up a new key resides in the room (sign-out sheet, housing portal, email from us/Housing)
(2) locate the form and envelope in the top left drawer of the OC/OA desk
(3) confirm resident name on envelope/form have not yet been marked as picked up
(4) provide 1 key per resident from the envelope
(5) write a checkmark next to resident name on the envelope
(6) have the resident complete the key card form to document they picked up the key
(7) have the resident sign/date the form next to their name
DONE
If all keys picked up/only temp left place the now signed form and envelope on Anna’s desk. We do not require you to replace the board key, Anna or pro-staff do this.
