When should an SA restart the clock?

If an order has been on hold for 2 or more business days, or if payment has just been received, the SA will need to restart the clock. Or if the delay was caused because of a delay in communication or payment from the customer, we will restart the clock.

Any blanks changes made to the order 24 hours after the order was placed requires us to restart the clock.

What is a Process Print, and provide 5 Details about a Process Print

-To reproduce full color photo-quality images we can use the CMYK Process Print method

  • Must have at least 48 pieces.
  • The image should be around 200 dpi at print size. There's some wiggle room with this number meaning we can go less than 200 dpi, but the print quality will be impacted and the customer should be made aware.
  • Full color (5 colors).
  • Process attribute must be selected.
  • Photo quality attribute must be selected.
  • Halftones attribute should not be selected (the Process attribute covers this).
  • Do NOT do a process print in the left chest area or areas smaller than 5x5.
  • Design elements that are separate from the photo elements (or are spot colors) will be printed using spot colors if it will look better.
  • Cannot do a VSS.
  • PPS required.
