Wrap ice around the ankle with a tensor-bandage and secure with tape. Elevate the ankle and have the athlete sit close to the ground so if they faint, it isn't a big fall.
Remember that field hockey player with a nose bleed? It's 15 minutes later and her nose is still bleeding. What should you do? And if you need materials, which ones?
You need ice! Place ice on the back of her neck and on her forehead
