At the start of lunch, grab a fruit and veggie for your plate (3 veggies, and a scoop of fruit at least!)

The first 5 minutes and last 5 minutes of lunch should be quiet with your voices off. You may ask peers and staff to pass sides/toppings, but voices should be off otherwise.

When voices are turned off, keep the volume at an acceptable level.
