A persons mass will stay the same on Earth and the Moon, as mass is measure of the total number of particles in an object.
A person will weigh more on Earth than they will on the Moon as there is a stronger gravitational force on Earth compared to the Moon.

My friend and I are fishing at the beach. We both snag a fish at the same time. My fishing line wont wind in, no matter how hard I try, whereas my friend is easily pulling their catch in. Use this example to describe balanced and unbalanced forces.
Balanced forces occur when all forces acting on the object cancel it out - the force of me winding the fishing rod in and the fish swimming away were equal - resulting in no movement.
Unbalanced forces occur when there is a difference between the amount of forces applied on the object - the force of my friend winding the fishing rod in was stronger that the force of the fish swimming away - resulting in movement.
